Device health and Beszel monitoring #

Localhost health metrics plus Beszel agent enrollment on each Pi

AdSpace TV v0.2.13 (includes v0.2.12).

What’s new

• Report CPU, memory, disk, temp, fan, and throttle health on the localhost device-info API (GET /, GET /health, signed info)
• Install Beszel agent at bootstrap (or make deploy-beszel) and register each Pi with captain.adsp.to over an outbound WebSocket
• Quote the Beszel hub key in image env so flash images enroll cleanly
